The Battlefords Treatment Centre Residential Addiction Treatment Program is rooted in the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, which emphasizes the importance of balance across the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life. Recognizing that addiction disrupts this balance, the program takes a holistic approach to healing by integrating traditional First Nations, Métis, and Inuit spiritual practices with 12-Step programming (AA, NA, GA), educational lectures, and group therapy, supporting clients in restoring balance and building a foundation for lasting recovery.
